Preserve the structure and drape of your H2 shirt:

Hand wash cold or machine wash inside‑out on gentle cycle.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry. Air dry flat or on hanger.
Steam press only (required for proper drape).
Ironing not recommended—steam preferred to protect fabric texture and shape.
Dry clean only if necessary.

All H2 articles worn in visuals are steam pressed for proper fall and shape.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped the same or next day and are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
Products are shipped directly from the respective brand.
Exchanges are only allowed if you receive a wrong or faulty product, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise is eligible for exchange only if it is unused, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are not available. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before placing your order.
If an incorrect size or product is ordered by the customer, exchanges may be accommodated within 7 days of receiving the parcel; however, all shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
For exchanges, customers may be directed to the relevant brand’s customer service team.
In case of any dispute, stor.pk will act as a mediator to help resolve the issue.
