Our Fulfillment Services

We handle:

  • Secure storage of your inventory

  • Pick & pack for every order

  • Return/exchange order management

  • Coordination with all courier companies

  • Same-day dispatch for orders received before 9 PM

  • InDrive/Yango bookings for ultra-urgent deliveries within the city

  • Order pickup/exchange facility for customers

  • Safe, transparent, and intact stock management

  • Full automation (orders are automatically received in our warehouse from your online store and fulfilled instantly with order tracking sent to the customer)

  • Monthly reports

Dispatch takes place from Lahore, ensuring fast nationwide and international delivery.

Pricing & Charges

1. Fulfillment Fee

  • Rs. 90 per order

  • Includes: picking, packing (excluding flyers), and preparing the shipment for courier pickup.

  • Brands may use their own courier company account(s) or use stor. courier account.

(a) Brands using their own courier will pay their fulfillment charges by the 5th of every month. We will share the invoice on 1st.

(b) Brands using stor.'s courier will receive payouts every Thursday for delivered parcels, and fulfillment charges will be deducted from the payout.

2. Storage Fee

  • Rs. 5,000/month for every 1000 pieces of inventory in stor.

  • Stock count is calculated on the 1st of every month and shared with the monthly report.

  • E.g: if the brand has 847 pieces total placed in stor. on 1st of the month, it will be charged Rs.5000, no matter if the brand had over 1000 pieces of stock during the month.

3. Free Storage Threshold

  • If your monthly orders exceed 100 → No storage charges for that month

4. Packaging

  • Brands must provide their own flyers

  • If not provided → Rs. 25 per order (Stor-branded flyers will be used)

5. Inventory Inbound Charges

  • The brand is responsible for the cost of sending inventory to/from our warehouse.
